Sea Day Partly Cloudy Temp 14c Smooth Sea
Most of today was spent in the Inside Passage as we head
down to Vancouver, so there was land on either side.
9am We went to the last lecture given by the Port Lecturer
Luca De Pasquale as he gets off in San Francisco. Today’s lecture was about San
Francisco and it confirmed our decision to use the Hop on Hop off bus. Betty
stayed on to see the screening of the video taken by the ship’s photographers
of Glacier Bay. I went to print off details of the Ho Ho bus in San Francisco
and to try to get a camera memory card, from the Photographic shop, as the one
I have maybe faulty however they were sold out. I will just have to get one in
Vancouver tomorrow.
I did not mention in yesterday’s blog that I have just
started to take Nasal Decongestant tables in the hope that they dry up my
Sinus. The packet does say may cause sleeplessness but I disregarded this and
took one last thing at night and guess what, I was wake all night so this
afternoon I am trying to make up for it and I had a sleep. Entertainment
tonight was a Classical Group playing in the Princess Theatre and a Mentalist
in the Vista Lounge so we decided to stay in our cabin and watch “ Woman in
Gold” a movie we missed when it was in the local cinema and we thought it was
quite good.
